
Susan Gallagher, co-founder of The Quantum Group, has extensive experience in consulting, human resources and facilities operations. Her role in Quantum encompasses the internal infrastructure and includes corporate communication, marketing, legal, facilities operations, shareholder & investor relations, human resources, internal controls, and overall administration. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Company and holds the position of Secretary of the Board.
Her accomplished background encompasses a wide range of businesses and she has guided the careers and personal development of thousands of individuals.
Prior to joining Quantum, she was with ALLTEL Information Services from early 2001 through April 2003 where she led the human resources and training departments for a national division.
Prior to this she owned and managed her own consulting organization, Jacobs Consulting, which focused on employee initiatives such as change management, outplacement and transition services, customer service and career workshops, general employment consulting, and other training initiatives. She consulted for such organizations as Hyatt Hotels, NASA, Ball Metal Manufacturing, WellBro Construction, Interactive Marketing, Coca-Cola and many others.
For almost 10 years previous to this, she was the Director for People with ServiceMaster, in which she lead human resource departments for several divisions which were nationwide in scope and had a base of over 6,500 employees in both union and non-union environments.
Ms. Gallagher is a certified master trainer, recruiter and interviewer and holds certifications from Gallup, London House, DDI, and is certified by the American Institute of Baking in Food Processing, Sanitation and Hygiene. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement and the Palm Beach County Homeless Advisory Board. Additionally, Ms. Gallagher is a Paul Harris Fellow with Rotary International as well as a member of the Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce, the Palms West Chamber of Commerce, the Wellington Chamber of Commerce, the Society of Human Resource Management, and the Palm Beach County HR Association.
Ms. Gallagher earned her Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of South Florida, and an Associates degree in Pre-Law. Additional professional training includes an extensive three-year executive graduate program.
