The Renaissance Provider Portal was created to integrate all payer information into one system to assist in the communication between RHS Providers and their Renaissance Patient Care team.
RHS Providers can access plan manuals, obtain membership listings and track referral requests/authorizations. Further, users will be able to directly contact the RHS Patient Care Department through a secure email.
Providers and their staff will be trained on this easy to use provider portal during the scheduled in-service. A dedicated Renaissance Provider Specialist will illustrate the functions available that will allow for an increased level of productivity within the practice.
